theRoom.host provides a Property Management System (PMS) designed for managing reservations and administrative tasks. The service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Jorgo Sarl reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue any feature of the service at its sole discretion.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify theRoom.host immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or security breach.
Subscription: Access to the service is granted based on a paid subscription plan.
Billing: All fees are billed for used period (postpaid). You agree to provide valid and updated payment information.
Suspension: Failure to pay subscription fees may result in the immediate suspension or termination of access to the service.
Service Ownership: All software, code, branding, and designs associated with theRoom.host are the exclusive property of Jorgo Sarl.
User Content: You retain all rights to the data and information you upload to the service. By using the service, you grant Jorgo Sarl a limited license to host and process your data solely for the purpose of providing the service.
You agree not to:
Use the service for any fraudulent or illegal activities.
Attempt to disrupt the integrity or performance of the service.
Reverse-engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the software.
Upload viruses, malware, or any other harmful code.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jorgo Sarl shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities. In no event shall the total liability of Jorgo Sarl exceed the total amount paid by you for the service during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
The collection and use of personal data are governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the service, you acknowledge and agree to the data practices described therein.
By User: You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings.
By Service: Jorgo Sarl reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account for violations of these Terms or for non-payment.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the European Union and the jurisdiction of registration of Jorgo Sarl. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in that region.
Jorgo Sarl reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
